Airbag Recall Information

There are millions of vehicles worldwide that are affected by the Takata airbag inflator recall. In our market area alone, there are thousands of vehicles. Although JL Freed has developed an efficient system to expedite the recall repair process, we are limited by parts availability and staffing levels. Aside from our normal level of service activity, we are, at times, overwhelmed with service volume generated by this critical recall and we ask for your patience.

If you are in need of this recall service, current JL Freed customers can simply enter your name in the Service form provided, the best telephone number to contact you and MOST IMPORTANTLY your VIN number. If you are new to JL Freed, please provide all the information requested in order to expedite your service. NOTE: Replacement parts CANNOT be ordered without a VIN number. You will be contacted when the replacement inflator arrives to schedule a Service appointment at your convenience.
